Typically, an organization will know that they need a product, but won't know where to go to find one. Sometimes, they find it difficult to even state their needs to a potential vendor, because they don't know exactly what their needs are.

CLARC will set up product demonstrations if necessary, and allow the vendor salespeople to show the product either in person or through special tools which them to show the product remotely. Also, we'll help you interview the vendor to discover not only what the product can do for you, but what it can't do, and to explore ways around these issues.

CLARC knows when it's not necessary to purchase another product. For example, you may already have an ideal product that supports your data entry personnel and support staff perfectly, which captures the right amount of information, but which can't print custom reports. CLARC will advise you on how to modify your current report options, print to files and force the files to print in other ways, or add special reporting products which will allow you to pull the data in ways you didn't realize were possible. Or you may just need a custom module built onto your product which will allow you to print custom reports.

Data Integration, Conversion, Migration...
If your company or department is moving from one program to another, you will want to avoid your staff having to reenter the data. CLARC will help you with conversion and migration. If your staff is continually entering the same information more than one time, we can help you with integration--we can build bridges between products created by different companies. Entering individual pieces of information more than once is a complete waste of time. However, getting all of your company's needs in one product is an unlikely possibility.
 

CLARC will provide your organization with programs which can bridge your products together. If you have an industry-specific program which does not interface with your Accounting product, think of the administrative hours that could be saved if you could have one "feeding" the other.  Not only would integration help with keeping your staff's data entry time down on an ongoing basis, it would also cut down on the possibility of error (if data has to be entered three times, the possibility of error is three-times likely).

Many bridges can be built the way you want them. Some companies want automatic updating, so the user has to do nothing other than enter the information. Some prefer batch-type processing, where the user runs a function at the end of the day (or week) which will make one product update another. The choice is yours.
